With styles coming out of rock, blues, folk, and other sources they write songs that both provoke action, and stir spiritual thought.

About the Grain
The Grain's soul reason for existing is to glorify God.  With worship leader, Jimmy Lumpkin, this team is much more than a music group.  They are performers before the King, exercising gifts and talents that they know have to go beyond themselves.  The Holy Spirit is the helmsman, and lifeline in this unique blend of ministry.

BIOGRAPHY

Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior.  I am a new creation;  old things have passed away.  I have been born again since February of 95 and have attended Lee University since the Spring of 1998.  At Lee University, I lead worship for a Ministry known as Pioneers for Christ. I graduated in May of 2000 with a BS in Pastoral.
